Located inside a Forbes Five Star resort, The Eau Spa’s greatest impression on potential clients is through the literature they have on site. When we met with them, they had a brochure that was heavy in text and a bit large in size. There was a lot going on that could detract from the promise of the experience. We did a complete overhaul with a smaller booklet that was to the point and more in line with the aesthetic of the actual environment. In the age of the tweet, it’s more important than ever to be direct with people and present yourself with authenticity and confidence.
